Costs are often a barrier to attending prom. At South Queens Women’s March, we strive to close many of the gaps that community members face, ensuring that economic instability doesn’t get in the way of celebrating joyous moments and milestones.

To this end, we are organizing our annual prom clothing drive! From April 28 through May 8, we will be collecting new or gently used prom clothing: evening gowns, cocktail dresses, suits and tuxedos! These items will be distributed to our community free of charge as prom season approaches. No proof of financial need will be required.
