The Clothesline Project is a visual display of shirts with graphic messages and illustrations designed by survivors of violence or by someone who knows a person who has been impacted by violence. The purpose of the project is to raise awareness about the issue of sexual assault, to uplift survivors’ stories and to provide a mechanism to break the silence that often surrounds these experiences.
